We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

Please note: Returns are only accepted for orders delivered within Pakistan. International orders are not eligible for return or refund.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your Order Number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem (in case of damage or defect)

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • You can choose a full refund to your original payment method or
  • A replacement product (subject to stock availability)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference or mistake, the buyer will bear the return shipping charges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Used or damaged products due to customer handling
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • International orders (outside Pakistan)
  • Sale or clearance items (if stated as final sale)
